Eat Well, Move More

Hi! My name is Kass. Just a quick warning, this introductory post may change a couple of times. I’m not sure what I want to say.

This blog is to share my journey to a healthier and more enjoyable lifestyle, specifically revolving around food & exercise. Although, from time to time, you might find a random, semi-unrelated topic.  It’s a journey of my own weight loss,  fitness and health. I hope, that in the near future, it becomes a source of encouragement to other women seeking the same in their own lives.

I’m an aspiring personal trainer, still studying for my certification exam.  20 years ago, I was a runner, a fitness & health enthusiast, a beginning bodybuilder, and a certified fitness instructor. Somewhere along the way, life got in the way and my passions fell by the wayside…as did my health.

I have a firm philosophy that a healthy lifestyle revolves around real food, moving your body, and a positive attitude, being very careful of what you put inside.  Now to LIVE it.
